  5. Unbound is a book I'm interested in. It has a unique concept and I'm curious to see how it reads.
I enjoyed Ruby Red. I felt it read a little young but that may have been due to the translation from the original German to English. Hope you both enjoy the books you've obtained this week!

  6. I got the Wizard's Promise and The Truth About Alice too! Did you get the other one from Strange Chem? Feather Bound. I grabbed that one too. Sounded interesting. I just finished Half Bad and LOVED it! I'm so jealous you have The Winner's Curse. I have no money for it right now. But my bday is coming up so hopefully for my bday! I'm interested in hearing your thoughts on The Demon King. That one looks really good. Enjoy your books!

    1. I really liked Cassandra Rose Clarke's other books so I was excited I got approved for her new one. And I've heard great things about The Truth About Alice. I don't remember seeing Feather Bound.

I just started Half Bad, so glad to hear that you loved it! And The Winner's Curse...so good. It definitely lived up to the hype.

The Demon King...that whole series was incredible, you should read them. And they're a few years old so you should be able to get them from the library. It's so much fun to just sit down and read an entire series. ~Pam

    1. I'm always a little wary to read a book like The Winner's Curse, one that's gotten such rave reviews, because I think it may not live up to the hype, but it did. Loved it. ~Pam

  10. Can't wait for your reviews on a lot of these. I am still working my way through The Demon King (I am listening to it so it is slow going) but I am so glad you are loving this series!

    1. This is why I don't do audiobooks, they just take so long. The series just gets better and better, I thought it was so well done. I'm going to read her other series soon (I can't remember the name off the top of my head). Hope you end up reading the entire series! ~Pam
