  1. Look at all those beautiful fantasy novels!! :D Winner's Curse and Perilous Sea were on my list too! I'll be reading the Kiss of Deception soon!! As in, hopefully next. I still have yet to read Stolen Songbird even though I own it. I still kind of want to wait until we have the 2nd one in sight. Have you heard anything? And I really want to read Morgan Rhodes' series. I've heard great things about that one!

  3. WHOA! SO many amazing books on this list. Lady Thief definitely makes my top 10 of all this year, as does The Perilous Sea, I think. I also loved The Winner's Curse, though I technically read it in 2013. And FROI and QUINTANA!!! I love them. Those are forever favorites. LOVE LOVE. Great list of books

PS. I want to know your take on Ember in the Ashes. Not sure if you've reviewed it, but I have questions about the romance in it. Whether it would be something I would enjoy, or should wait for more? I love the ancient Rome feel, but I'm so picky these days on certain things. Also congrats on getting a copy!

  5. So, SO excited for An Ember in the Ashes so it's awesome to know that it made it to your faves! I quite enjoyed Shadowfell and though TPS was a strong sequel! And despite having issues with Tearling I sped through it and am looking forward to the sequel.

  6. So many amazing books on here! The Winners Curse also made my list. I can't wait for Kiss of Deception and I really need to continue on with the Finnikin of the Rock series; loved the first one (it also made my list!)

  7. Nice list. The only one I have read and loved is The Winner's Curse. I did read The Kiss of Deception but it didn't work for me. A lot of the others are ones that I really want to read - especially The Queen of Tearling and Stolen Songbird.

  8. Ah. I haven't read any of these, but The Winner's Curse and Kiss of Deception are on my TBR list. An Ember In The Ashes has a gorgeous cover.

  10. I'm so excited for Ember in the Ashes, everyone seems to love it! A little nervous about a love triangle, but I think I can handle this one?
The Perilous Sea, Lumatere (!!!!), Winner's Curse, Stolen Songbird... all excellent choices.
I can't wait to binge read the Scarlet series once the third is released.
