Book Pushing (1)

This is a new feature where we will be pushing books or authors on you.  

The Archived and The Unbound by Victoria Schwab.
This series is creative and unique and has amazing characters.  Wes and Mac…love them!  The books are beautifully written and each book, although set in the same world, tells its own story.  Not enough series do that.  I also loved the second book more than the first, and that doesn't happen very often.  For my review of The Unbound, click here.

According to the author, there WILL be a third book.  Yay!  See her post here.  And for those who are already fans, here is a short story called Leave the Window Open, written from Wes's POV.  It takes place about 4 hours after the end of The Unbound.  It's sooo good.  We find out Wes's name!  

I highly recommend this series…JUST READ IT!!!  :)

    What's bad is that I've had The Archived on my Kindle FOREVER, but still haven't read it yet. I really don't know why, I've heard great things about it. Hopefully I can get to it soon so I can meet Wes :)

    AHHH I DIDN"T KNOW SHE DECIDED ON A THIRD BOOK BUT THIS IS SO EXCITED! I was hesitant to get more invested in this series knowing it was cut off (even though I know the books are self-contained). Now I must read Unbound!

    I was gifted two copies of the first book for my birthday last year and I STILL haven't gotten around to reading it, even though so many bloggers I know love it to pieces. I am especially interested in "meeting" Wes, because when that short story was released twitter went wild! I will definitely try to read it ASAP.

    I SHOULD READ THIS.

    This one [and this author] has been pushed on me SO MANY TIMES and I'm like "I KNOWWWW" I've just been so out of time with everything that all the books have been pushed on hold. But now that you've rec-d it, I'm def excited.

    Ah, I've heard such great things about these books but that "love triangle" in the first worries me. UGH. Tho Wes sounds like my type of guy totally!

    This is that time when I feel like such a loser in the blogging community because I was very meh on The Archived and now everyone loves V Schwab's books and I hear about The Archived so often. I think that she writes beautifully and the concept was fascinating and I'm glad she can make the third book possible for interested fans... but eh.

    But I do love this feature! More please :).
